CM-74 is based from our home in Chamonix Mont Blanc.

Established in 2009, we are a family run business that has developed a reputation for quality and professionalism, providing a range of property services reliably and honestly.  We have a passion for property and a passion for good service.

We are proud of our approach to caring for property and providing unbeatable service to our customers.  We believe that we can simplify and remove some of the stresses that come from owning property in the Alps.
