Director | Thomas Broadway

Tom is experienced in Civil Engineering and Construction Management and moved to the Alps with his partner Juliet in 2009.  Tom's experience in a proffessional occupation and his personable approach has enabled CM-74 to grow with satisfied clients, his number one priority.  Outside of work Tom is a keen skier and enjoys keeping fit in the mountains as well as spending time with Juliet and daughter Monique.

Administration | Juliet Browning

Juliet makes sure that the CM-74 team are in the right places at the right times. She looks after the office operations as well as managing all the associated administration that exists within a French business. Juliet loves the mountains and living in France equally - making Chamonix the perfect place for her family to live and work.

Property Services | Alison Brady

Alison is responsible for taking care of our daily property management tasks as well as managing our sub-contractors on site.  Alison is highly motivated and passionate about delivering a quality service to all our clients and associates with promptness and a smile.  She oversees our French client base and helps Juliet keep the guys on site in order. In her spare time Alison is a keen ultra-marathon runner as well as keen skier and mountaineer.

Maintenance | Neil Warren

Neil has been with the team since early 2010 and has been integral to it's growth and continued success.  Neil is a keen mountaineer and skier and has travelled the world to persue these goals.  Originally an Engineering graduate, Neil  takes pride in every task he completes and is miticulous in completing jobs to the highest standard.  Currently, Neil takes care of the day-to-day running of maintenance and cleaning services within CM-74.

Renovations  | Phil Hewitt

Phil is a multi-skilled and multi-talented individual.  Drawing from previous construction experience Phil looks after the apartment renovations and completes all of our jobs to the highest standard. Our ability to complete apartment renovations within strict timescales is largely down to Phil's work ethic and focus to complete work right first time.  In his spare time Phil is an acomplished skier and enjoys taking every opportunity to travel the world and look for new adventures with his partner Michela.
