Apartment Refurbishment

Tom and his team turned our old 1970s style apartment into a modern stylish apartment ready for holiday lettings. Tom is much more than a builder or an electrician or a project manager, he is all of these things, but he is able to offer advice on everything from materials and renovations to lettings and property management. CM-74 saved us money by letting us do the work that we were capable of doing (and lending us the tools and knowledge to do it). When we ran out of time and the work became too challenging, Tom took over. I would recommend CM-74 to anyone, they are reliable, flexible, professional and very friendly.

Renovation

Tom and his team have been great; CM-74 have turned our shell of an apartment into a practical, well designed and classy looking space that we can be proud to rent out; Tom has been on hand to advise on our purchases and direct us where to go when we couldn't find what we wanted. CM-74 has then fitted everything to a high standard and often gone further than we had asked (without any hidden costs or extras) Highly recommended.

Extremely Competent Service

Excellent service

Tom came to my rescue when I had a problem with my lock. Not only did he do a great job, he came out quickly and completed the job for a reasonable price and with a smile. If only all tradespeople were as good as this, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone.

CM-74 are professional, approachable and flexible

CM-74 has regularly cleaned our company offices for the last 8 months as well as completing post-building work cleans and window cleaning. Tom’s flexibility has also enabled us to use CM-74 for ad hoc cleaning and lock-changing at other premises at short notice and at competitive rates. Tom’s approachability and commitment to a consistently-high level of service are evident. CM-74’s professionalism, advice and ability to resolve problems efficiently are much appreciated and as such we are genuinely happy to recommend CM-74.

Ever since our first meeting with Tom, we have been impressed with his professional approach, knowledge, reliability and punctuality, sadly an exception to the norm in the Chamonix Valley. Good, reliable company

I have worked with CM-74 for 2 years and have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy, and available for advice and help. The standard of work is very high and they offer a wide range of services and thanks to this expertise they are able to solve any problem quickly and efficiently. I run a restaurant so can need anything from carpentry, plumbing, maintenance and window-cleaning to fixing locks, all of which are provided by the CM-74 team.
